Warranty & Return Policy

At STRATA, each piece is produced in small batches and carefully inspected prior to shipment. If you have any concerns with your order, we’re here to help.

Limited Warranty

STRATA warrants the lamp body of RIDGE / 001 to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal indoor residential use.

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship of the lamp body only.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by misuse, modification, improper installation, or accidents

• Damage resulting from use of non-recommended bulbs or electrical components

• Electrical components supplied with the lamp (covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty)

If a manufacturing defect is found within the warranty period, STRATA will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected part.

Electrical Components

Electrical components (including sockets, wiring, and related accessories) are sourced from third-party suppliers. While these components are obtained from certified vendors, we do not independently test or verify their certification, performance, or compliance with local electrical codes.

Installation is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend installation by a qualified electrician where applicable.

STRATA is not responsible for improper installation, misuse, modification, or compatibility issues related to third-party electrical components.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and uninstalled

• Items must be in original condition and original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Due to the nature of lighting products, installed or used lamps are not eligible for return.

Returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning your item.

STRATA reserves the right to apply a restocking fee for returned items that do not arrive in original condition.

Note on Returns:

Return Eligibility & Trial Use

Our products are not offered on a trial basis. Returns are intended only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not accept returns for items purchased for evaluation, testing, temporary use, styling, photography, or comparison purposes.

Any item showing signs of installation, use, handling beyond basic inspection, or alteration will be deemed ineligible for return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that appear to be part of a pattern of excessive or intentional “buy-try-return” activity.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product and packaging

Damage occurring during transit is not considered a manufacturing defect and is handled separately under our shipping policy.

We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you’d like a different variant, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale or limited-run pieces may not be eligible for return.

STRATA is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from improper installation, misuse, modification, or use of non-recommended bulbs or electrical components.

Installation and use of STRATA products constitutes acceptance of these terms.
